The Olivier Barn is the main feature of the Cottonwood Site at the Tippet Rise Art Center in Fishtail, Montana. It is a visitor's first stop upon entering the 10.260 acre sculpture park and classical music center. The barn houses a 150 seat concert hall clad completely in Western Larch, a visitor center displaying works of artists such as Mark DiSuvaro, audio and visual control rooms and a recording studio.
The LEED Gold building and timber frame were designed by Gunnstock Timber Frames and the timber was engineered by FireTower Engineered Timber. The frame is constructed entirely of Western Larch.
